CRANBERRY SAUCE (recipe)



Cook 250 g of cranberry in 500 ml of water over high heat until the fruits split. Strain immediately and press through a fine sieve. Add a few spoonfuls of the cooking liquid and a little sugar to this pure. Heat through well until the sauce is fairly thick. (Used for roast white meat especially Turkey).
