Im too ill to sleep, said Siriwat. Have a drink, said his dad.
Ouch! It hurts! Im too ill to drink! Siriwat had a sore throat.
Oh dear, said his dad. Here is some medicine. Im too ill to take it.
Next morning he had a headache. Ouch, ouch! It hurts!

Doctor: Hi. Come on in and have a seat. Now, what seems to be the problem?/ Whats the problem?
Patient: I have a rash on my arm.
Doctor: How long have you had the rash?
Patient: Its been about a week.
Doctor: Are you taking anything for it?
Patient: I put some cream on it but it doesnt seem to be helping.
Doctor: I see. Are you allergic to any medications?
Patient: Not that I know of.
Doctor: Im going to give you a prescription for some ointment. I want you to apply it three times a day.
You should also avoid scratching your skin. And its important to use as little soap as possible. Make an appointment to see me next week if it doesnt get better over the next few days
