MUSTARD SAUCE  (For grills)



Peel and finely chop 50 g onions and soften them in butter. Add 1.5 dl white wine, salt, and pepper and reduce until almost dry. Then add 2.5 dl demi-glace sauce and reduce by one-third. Blend in 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, a squeeze of lemon juice, and 1-tablespoon butter. Adjust the seasoning.
