Modelarea solidului compus

1-Extrudarea cercurilor orizontale

Se incepe prin modelarea celor doua volume conice verticale ,exterior si interior-vezi anexa 1.



Comenzi utilizate:

Command:Circle

2Crearea partilor orizontale

Se trece acum la modelarea volumelor orizontale,exterioare si interioare,din componenta piesei.

Pentru modelarea portiunii hexagonale,se modifica sistemul de coordinate,mutandu-l mai intai cu originea in capatul axei orizontale si apoi rotindu-l in jurul axei Y,pentru a adduce directia axei Zin lungul axei orizontale a piesei.Inainte de aceasta insa,actualul UCSse salveaza sub numele de UCS1.

Se genereaza apoi trei volume cilindrice:cilindrul exterior de diametru ø71 si inaltime 81 si cilindrii interiori de diametre ø67 si ø58,cu inaltimile 23,respectiv 81-vezi anexa 5

Datorita simetriei,volumele orizontale din partea opusa se pot construe prin comanda Mirror3D-Planul de simetrie este parallel cu planul XOY al UCS-ului current si este situate la dispozitia de 81 de unitati de acestea-vezi anexa 6.

Command:Mirror3d

Select object:se selecteaza cele trei volume cilindrice,impreuna cu volumul hexagonal,create anterior.

3Aplicarea operatiilor logice pentru extragerea gaurilor

Prin combinarea solidelor create,se obtine solidul compus.

Pentru inceput,se unesc volumele exterioare-trunchiul de con vertical mare,cele doua prisme hexagonale si cei doi cilindri de diametre 71øsi ø58-vezi anexa 8

Command:Union

Select objects:se selecteaza volumele exterioare

Apoi se extrag din volumul creat prin reuniune volumele interioare-trunchiul de con vertical interior,cei doi cilindrii de diametre ø67si cei doi cilindri de diametre ø58

Command:Subtract

Select solids and regions to subtract from..

Select objects:se selecteaza volumul exterior

4Finalizarea desenului 3D

In final se tesesc cei doi cilindri interiori de diametre 58ø-vezi anexa 9

Command:Chamfer

Select first line or.:se indica muchia care va fi tesita

Base surface selection.

Enter surface selection option[Next/OK(current)]<OK>:se indica suprafata exterioara F1

Specify base surface chamfer distance<0.0000>:2

Specify other surface chamfer distance<0.000>:2

Select an edge or[Loop]:se indica muchia care va fi eliminate prin tesire

Se repeat comanda pentru fata simetrica F2
