1/2 t lime peel,Grated

3 T lime juice

1 red chiles,ground, to taste

PESTO BUTTER ===================

1/2 c margarine (or butter)

-softened

1 c fresh basil leaves

-loosepack

1 T scallion,chopped

1 t lemon juice

1/4 t salt

HORSERADISH BUTTER =============

1/2 c margarine (or butter)

-softened

1 prepared red horseradish,*

1/4 t salt

Use 2 to 3 tablespoonfuls of the red horseradish or to taste.
